The idea behind using leadership passport stamps is to encourage students to reflect on their path to leadership through the program. Leadership passport stamps will serve the following purposes:
- Travel map (storytelling)
- Passport stamps for each completed stage of the program (recognition or online badge)
- Six key stages or themes: Self-awareness, Active Listening, Effective Communication, Diversity Understanding, Navigating Uncertainty and Ongoing Development
- Use of icons throughout our P2L programs to identify themes from previous workshops (connecting learning)
- End of program downloadable certificate
- Reflection activity (connecting learning to leadership)
